Meet the founder

My name is Simonetta Bazzu, I was born in the Gallura area of Sardinia and currently live in my home town : Olbia. Vittoria Arimani is the name of my brand and in my Gallura dialect it means « Yesterday ». I founded the company in 2019 and I created the food experience about « longevity », because my island is one of the 5 blue zone areas in the world.

I founded the company in 2019 and I created the food experience about « longevity », because my island is one of the 5 blue zone areas in the world.

I have lived 8 years in Milan, there I studied law in the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and I’ve traveled to many countries around the world. The experience allowed me to appreciate my island even more because I realised how important the traditions and culture of my people are.

I left the life in Milan to return to my island and build my future here.

I started to study the ancient gastronomic tradition of my island, by living 2 days a week with the local families in the little villages in Sardinia and there I learn more than juste making bread and pasta. I discovered the real essence of Sardinian long and healthy lifestyle.
