I am not a food expert, I just like eating good food
Simonetta Bazzu, entrepreneur and owner of the company ‘Vittoria Arimani’ in Olbia, has created a workshop that she defines as a ‘Journey through time’ that has conquered customers from all over the world, and has also won prestigious awards such as the one received by ‘Cook’ (Corriere della Sera insert), placing her name among the elite of the 20 women of food, wine and hospitality in Italy for 2023.
The entrepreneur says: ‘I got this recognition but I am not a food expert, I just like eating good food, I am not a wine expert but I like good wine. It was great as a Sardinian and as an entrepreneur for my future’.
A certainly original proposal, and one that stems from an interesting assumption: a plate of pasta can bring well-being, and not only physical but also mental well-being. Simonetta Bazzu, who works in the field of ‘pasta therapy’, is convinced of this.
