A real therapy, ready to bewitch even the CNN audience, based on pasta, wine of eternal youth and food of centenarians
A certainly original proposal, and one that stems from an interesting assumption: a plate of pasta can bring well-being, and not only physical but also mental. Simonetta Bazzu, whose job is precisely “pasta therapy,” is convinced of this. “Through household activities and a ‘pasta class,’ the wine of eternal youth and the food of centenarians, I designed a 4-hour course aimed at people’s mental and physical well-being by putting into practice the secrets of Sardinians’ longevity,” she explains. “My clients come from all over the world,” Simonetta adds, ”mainly foreigners. And her activities just abroad are arousing great interest: “My work, narrated by the famous actor Stanley Tucci, will be aired for CNN this Sunday,” she explains.
Simonetta’s company is called “Arimani,” “yesterday” in Gallurese: a name that is not accidental, for an activity that “allows me to live in my land while staying close to my family, working, however, with the whole world and moreover creating induced income for other young people and activities throughout the territory.” Together with Arimani, “Vittoria Arimani,” a project on young Sardinians with the aim of “putting an end to the forced flight of several generations who, for lack of prospects, are forced to go abroad to look for work,” was also born. “With the youth of Sardinia, my work is free. I provide my knowledge, my study and the means I have at my disposal, so that all young people can learn and pass on while continuing to preserve our identity,” the conclusion.
